Problem Note 51239: SAS® Web Report Studio reports do not download to the Apple iPad when you have a proxy server but non-proxy hosts are specified
You might receive the following error when you attempt to download a SAS Web Report Studio report to your iPad device:
Incorrect web service call
This error occurs when you configure your enterprise business intelligence (EBI) environment to include a proxy server and you define non-proxy hosts in that environment. In addition, none of your SAS Web Report Studio reports are downloaded to the iPad.
It is not unusual to define a proxy server for an EBI environment, especially if you have portal content that links to external websites. So if you have this situation, you will encounter this problem.
Currently, the only workaround is to disable the use of the proxy server and remove the list of non-proxy hosts.
